In 1833, 25th Je Khenpo Sherab Gyaltshen with 12 strong men from Paro built the outer part (12 men each of them they used to eat the food for 100 men but one lady had only served the food for 99 men to one strong man so, he couldn’t erect the pillar straight where we can see one of the pillar is little bended) Restored by Her Majesty the Royal grandmother Kezang Choeden Wangchuk from 2017-2019.
